Direct services. Disability prevention and rehabilitation screenings for persons with disabilities in the communities, assessment of disabilities, home-based care, therapy and training in activities for daily living, referrals and medical assistance, and procurement of rehabilitation devices.
Inclusion and integration. Promoting education and provision of scholarships for children with disabilities.
Advocacy and promotion of awareness on disabilities, programs, and legislation.
Capacity-building. Training for self-help groups and developing parents of PWDs in rehabilitation, advocacy, organizational development, group work, and organizing parent groups.
Resource mobilization. Orienting, recruiting, training community volunteers and health workers in disability prevention and rehabilitation, mobilizing them and parents to conduct local fundraising to support their community activities.
Collaboration and networking. Joint implementation of disability-related activities or programs in partnership with LGU and NGOs, civic groups, or people’s organizations.
